This Return Policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund practices for hydration consultation products sold by Masteryvrswift through masteryvrswift.world and direct booking channels. Because our offerings are time-based professional services, this policy differs from policies that apply to physical goods.

Cancellation by Client

You may cancel or reschedule a booked session without fee if you provide at least forty-eight hours’ notice before the scheduled start time in US Central Time. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may forfeit the session fee or receive a one-time reschedule credit at our discretion, except where required by applicable consumer law.

For Executive Hydration Coaching, unused sessions within the three-month term may be rescheduled according to the package schedule agreed at purchase. Abandoning the package without notice does not entitle you to a prorated refund for remaining months.

Cancellation by Masteryvrswift

If we cancel due to consultant illness, technical failure, or studio closure, you may choose a full refund for the affected session or a priority reschedule at no additional charge. We will notify you promptly using the contact details you provided.

Refund Eligibility After Service Delivery

Once a consultation session has occurred and your written hydration summary has been delivered, fees are generally non-refundable because the service has been performed. If you believe materials were not delivered as described, contact us within seven calendar days with specific details. We will review good-faith concerns and may offer a partial credit toward a follow-up session.

Coaching Package Refunds

If you cancel Executive Hydration Coaching before the first scheduled session and before any digital materials are shared, you may receive a full refund minus a ten-dollar administrative fee. After the first session begins, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused whole months only, minus completed sessions at the single-session equivalent rate listed on vital-plans.html.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can resolve concerns quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of future booking privileges.

Digital Materials

Printed summaries, charts, and follow-up notes provided as part of your consultation product are licensed for your personal use. Refunds do not require return of digital files already sent; however, you agree to cease using materials if a qualifying refund is approved.

Promotional Purchases

Discounted or bundled offers may carry additional terms stated at checkout. Where promotional terms conflict with this policy, the promotional terms control for that purchase.

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

Submit requests through studio-reach.html or by phone. Include your full name, purchase date, product name, and reason for the request. We respond within three business days.
