Booking and Payment

Virtual and In-Studio Sessions

Virtual consultations require a stable internet connection and compatible device. In-studio visits are subject to posted hours and safety guidelines. Late arrival may shorten session length without fee adjustment. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer rescheduling or a remedy consistent with our Return Policy.

Client Responsibilities
